ELITE BASKETBALL TRAINING
At NVS Lab, we offer professional, elite basketball training for young athletes ages 12 and up.
Our small group workouts are designed to enhance skills and in-game decision-making, ensuring that we get the best out of each athlete.
We build an environment that emphasises strong relationships, allowing all athletes to connect, share experiences, and grow together.
This not only boosts confidence but also elevates performance on the court. If you are willing to challenge yourself and elevate your game to the next level NVS Lab is for you.
Session Cost: $50 per athlete

Vanessa’s basketball journey began with the Sydney Comets, where she played representative basketball from 2004 to 2012. She quickly made her mark on the national and international stage.
Junior & National Achievements:
Won the National Junior Classics in 2010
Captained the Australian U17 World Championship team (5th place, 2012)
Member of the Australian U19 team that placed 3rd at the 2013 FIBA World Championship
Represented NSW Metro from 2009–2013, winning gold at the U18 National Championships
College Career (2013–2017):
Attended Virginia Tech University (USA) and earned a Bachelor of Science
Key accomplishments:Freshman: Set records for assists & 3-pointers; named ACC Rookie of the Week
Sophomore: Set single-season 3-point record (77); ACC All-Tournament Second Team
Junior: Joined the 1,000-point club; named ESPNW National Player of the Week
Senior: Graduated as Virginia Tech’s all-time 3-point leader (269)
7th all-time in ACC for threes
7th all-time scorer at Virginia Tech (1,379 points)
Most starts in program history (122 games)
Professional Career:
WNBL: Adelaide Lightning (2017–18), Sydney Uni Flames (2018–19), and Sydney Flames (2022–24)
Played in Greece’s A1 League with Niki Lefkada WBC and PAS Ioannina WBC
Competed in the NBL1 East with Sutherland Sharks (2022, 2024 – runners-up)
Returned to Sydney Comets for the 2023 NBL1 season

Tiana began playing basketball at just 5 years old, growing up alongside five brothers—four older, one younger. Her competitive journey started with the Southern District Spartans, where she represented all age groups at the Division One level.
State & National Representation:
Represented Queensland at U16 and U18 National Championships, placing 2nd in U18s.
Attended the Australian Institute of Sport (now Centre of Excellence) from ages 16 to 18.
Represented Australia in multiple international tournaments:U15 Oceania Cup
U17 World Championship Qualifiers and Tournament
U19 Asia Cup and World Championship (placed 3rd)
College Career:
Earned a full scholarship to Syracuse University (USA), where she:Became Syracuse's all-time assists leader
Set the single-game assist record (17)
Led the nation in assists (304) and assists per game (9.8) as a sophomore
Was named an All-America Honorable Mention
Was a Top-5 Finalist for the Nancy Lieberman Point Guard Award
Named Syracuse Female Athlete of the Year
Graduated with a Bachelor of Science
Professional Career:
Signed to the WNBA’s Phoenix Mercury training camp, appearing in two games.
Played professionally in Russia, France, and the WNBL (Sydney Flames).
Faced and continues to fight Stage 4 Breast Cancer with resilience and grace.
Currently serves as:Assistant Coach for the WNBL’s Sydney Flames
Head Coach of the Southern District Spartans Women’s QSL team
